We will have a room available for rent at the end of January in our nice and spacious two-storey flat located in BKK3. The first floor has a big living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a nice big balcony. The second floor, which we keep for guests, has a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The flat is located near Toul Sleng museum, in a safe and quiet area not far from the city center.
Total rent is 500USD without bills; it sums up to around 200USD/month/person all included (rent + Wifi, cleaning lady, electricity, water…). The other flatmates are both male and female in their late twenties, working for NGOs and looking for easy-going people preferably staying for at least 6 months.
