The french cooking is at stage in Phnom Penh, to the credit of a young japanese chef, awarded in Michelin, Takeshi Kamo. Set in a lush garden, where the architecture of the building shares the shadow and the light to the inside rooms, the restaurant proposes a cuisine exclusively french made with local and imported products. The label name evokes the asian way of cooking. But this restaurant held by french, set in front of the National Museum terrace, in a charming and warm decor, proposes french cooking specialities and also a selection of mixed asian dishes. Two menus at $9 and $12, named "Menu Escale" and "Découverte" deliver the flavors of theses cuisines with a complete selection of dishes. For lunch a "Fromule Déjeuner" for $10 give you the choice with starter and dish or dish and dessert plus coffee. Also breakfast formulas at 7.30am from $2 to $5. Happy hours 5pm to 7pm for cocktails and beers.
