The shop, with its panel "butchery" is located at the bottom of a small closed yard. The fresh products, prepared on the day, are for sale in a refrigerated cupboard, for private, restaurants and hotels, embassies, etc as well as seasoning seeds, wines and beers selected on separated shelves.
A cutting room delivers all charcuteries and meats orderered by customers. High quality service. |

The stall proposes beef and pig, chicken and duck in various preparations, cooked in oven, in bain-marie (for rolled pork home-made) smoked or not.
A selection of seasoning is also on sale to help the amateurs of developed savours in their future cooking and also interesting recipes for local and international cooking.
Short time to queue, just a little explanation in Khmer or English or German or Italian or French (if the owner Mr. Lanziger is there).
The prices are reasonable and the quality is followed.
