The fashion in Phnom Penh, created by the stylist Romyda Keth can be appreciated within a very beautiful house entirely restored in its previous colonial style under the brand name Ambre. Let's discover her last creations, highlighted in an enchanting place or bathed in bright colors, being the jewel case of shimmering dresses for girls, women and men. |

Ambre also proposes also some original and unique furnitures, objects in lacquer and fashion accessories . New shop at the Phnom Penh International Airport.

When living in Paris for some years, she studied at the Paris School of Fine Arts .
Then, Romyda enrolled in the Esmod School of Fashion Desing, in Paris.
This period made her hungry to go back to Phnom Penh, what she did later for reviving her roots .
|
Exploring the wealth of local handicarfts, embroidery techniques, the diversity of colors and high quality of khmer silk and organza became a second love for Romyda.
The normal way was to open a shop, what she did, some years later. She created her first boutique in the city of Phnom Penh : Ambre, an ideal venue for the challenge of offering her cambodian and expatriate clientele a place to go shopping.
Her patterns are characterized by an undeniably feminine style, coloring that is a harmonious blend of shades, elegance without sacrifice of detail, garments that fit the curves and highlight the figure, and material that are both versatile and of high quality.

She reworked the interior design coming up with an intimate and attractive world of tailor-made color-themed pieces. Two boutiques are opened in Rafles Hotel Le Royal and in Le Grand Hotel d'Angkor.

I am a business student from Pannasastra University of Cambodia who's very interested with your fashion. Since you'er the unique wonderful fashion I've ever seen in Phnom Penh; would you share a little times to show how success you are? Thanks advance ! MAO Sonita 24-Mar-2012 We felt like princesses; each finding THE dress that fit as if it was made uniquely for us...all the more appreciated since we had recently returned from volunteer work in a primary school; in the poverty-stricken village of Ta Pen near Siem Reap. Thank you also to Romyda and her staff for helping us to feel beautiful in Phnom Penh . . .and thank you to her cousin; Honorine; for bringing us to Ambre. There is certainly much to be tempted by: clothing; accessories; children's clothing; shoes; jewelry. Magali Castro 20-Mar-2011 I would buy all clothes there if I lived in Cambodia. you gotta check it out. william king 6-Oct-2010 This is a "must see and shop" during a trip to PP. The most unique dresses and accessories I've seen in an amazing setting! Each room has a a different color theme. I bought each of my daughters a dress at a very good price - would have been 3-4 times as much in the U.S. I also treated myself to a great leather bag! I wish I had bought more handbags and gift accessories - I'll have to have my daughter haul some home when she returns home. Too bad there is no online store! Debbie McK 20-Jul-2009 Salut Romyda; Bien rentre a Paris; un petit mot pour te dire que la robe bleue tombe parfaitement sur Sandra; elle est ravie. I bought a stunning dress to take home with me; it fitted like a glove; without any adjustments needed; that's designer clothes for you! It's a lovely store on Phnom Penn; the colour coded rooms are georgeous! Ashe 5-Mar-2008 One website or her Singapore shop is www.rouge.com.sg If you can get to her Phnom Penh store you will feel like a queen. Ann 27-Oct-2007 I bought a lovely silk blouse on a visit to Phnom Penh. My advice is to go to her shop as soon as you can when you arrive as she will do made to measure if you have a few days or can return to collect. Mary Sainsbury 17-Oct-2007 I saw Romyda Keth's work on a recent trip to Cambodia. Do you have a website? I would love to take a closer look at her designs. Georgina Arnold 16-Feb-2007
