Rémie Fujwiara, MBA with a specialty in wine technology and viticulture (oenology training), conducts a consulting business with wine-events for both public and private themed-parties or events.
She holds a women's wine tasting event (Women & World Wine) hosted at different venues around Phnom Penh.
Rémie also conducts wine courses which go into the science behind making wine, the manufacturing and storage conditions for this lovely product.

Wine-drinking being a social activity usually around a meal, Rémie uses her knowledge and experience in the wine-industry to support the development of wine-knowledge and culture in Cambodia, with tastings, dinners and opportunities to purchase wines as well as storage guidance or advice. Of course, she encourages any opportunities to learn and enjoy the world of wine, while sipping a glass of wine !.

In Phnom Penh, the goal of Remie is two-fold: first, to discover new venues, with something particular (cooking style, decor, sponsoring of an NGO, etc) and second to have increase the women's presence in this fascinating world. It is challenge but like a pioneer, it is a credit to her commitment.
She now owns her own business Vinotage Inc, a wine consulting company that offers classes, training, wine-tastings, wine-dinners and events.
