| The mission of IPC is to developp the process to protect the Public Health. There, one can fin an anonymous and free HIV testing center, biomedical tests laboratories and an international vaccination center. The IPC also upgrades trainees for local scientists; trains for Cambodian and foreign students It is a member of the graduation and post-graduation university cycle, and organize seminars, meetings and post-graduation teaching. |
