Straight after Monivong Bridge, go on N1 up to km7, and check on your right the panel.
This place is like a small beach resort with a lush garden, a large swimming pool, two tennis courts, two restaurants, bar, pool, and 24 bungalows with fan or aircon for a pleasant holiday.
Many amenities are proposed, as internet, shuttle to airport, ticketing, etc.
The cooking is french, with some traditionnal specialities and also the best of khmer kitchen. Parking secured. Friendly welcoming.

The situation of this resort, so close to Phnom Penh city is an advantage.
The swimming pool is very pleasant, close to restaurant and bar. Many bed-chairs provide relaxation and well being, under sun or shadow. Free for the clients of the bungalows.
For the week-end goers, they can acess to the swimming pool for $4 ($2 for children).
Relaxation with foot massage there.
The restaurant has a french chef and prepare some specialities from french provinces. The medium cost for a dish is $9.

The 24 bungalows are set in a lush garden, without vis-a-vis and close to the restaurant and swimming pool. For one night, air conditioned, american breakfast, the cost is $25 ($18 when using fan). Quite comfortable.
A large meeting room is available for any parties or seminar, up to 35 people. This is a good opportunities to access to a work place, a relaxation place and a restauration place, as well as accomodation.
The resort provides Internet access, and free shuttle to the airport and all ticketing.
