The owner is French and held the first cambodian restaurant named Apsara in Marseilles. Since long years in Phnom Penh, he gave to his restaurant an Asian and European style for tourists and residents customers.
A long room with a bar on the left, along the wall with the decoration without any characteristics. Seats are of plastic and wicker. Eight tables with the terrace.
