We noticed that some dishes like the pork curry or the sauted chicken in cashnut are really going throuhg the borders.

Inside the menu, an assortment of well balanced asian and french dishes are there. Easy to start with a fresh spring roll, nems or shrimps and lemon grass stick or a high spiced tom-yam soup, ranging from $5 to $7.
The salad are a mix of vegetable and assortments as hot goat cheeese, scallop St Jacques or Cambodian sea-food, pomelo, cold cut plate from $5 to $7 that appeal the french taste.
Main course are local made, like this so particular salted and sweet or the tender flavours of the curry. Yes, we are in Asia ! Try and taste the sauted chicken with cashnuts, the pork curry or the stir-fried rice in ananas to discover this so amazing cooking.
A flavoured assortement like grilled king prawns with aïoli and lime - a mediterranean sauce made with garlic, oil, egg and potatoes - will please you. A well appreciated dish is the Mekong lobster in thermidor sauce - a french high standard of sauce made with white wine, bechamel, popped up with mustard, butter, herbs and aroma of fish.
