Here is now, in Phnom Penh a genuine french provençal restaurant, the Chef, Chris being from Marseille (South of France). There all the specifics flavors of the area, such garlic, olive, rosemary, thyme, herbs of Provence, etc... are delivered in the cooking. The decor is very pleasant with smooth colors that evoke a typical sunny home of Provence.
Fine cooking at reasonnable price. Large choice from Provence and Cotes du Rhone vineyards and Italian wines. French welcoming. Air conditioning.
