Easy to find if you round the Wat Phnom Area. High traffic and difficult to stop. A hedge of plants separate the large terrace and the road. Large bar and, to be noticed, enough room to play pool. Cooking is french style with reasonnable prices for a dish, between $5 to $9 (a tasty "blanquette de veau") . Desserts and ice creams home made. Quiet place and air conditioned. Staff speaking french.
