This typical japanese restaurant is located at the right end of the Sihanouk boulevard, near Sothearos boulevard. After one year, the Chef Mr Toshi is proud to have all tables booked, mainly because of the quality and the prices of the food, between $2 and $6,50 (plate of sushi).
The name of the restaurant means "heart". The owner and chef said that he is, actually, the only one in Phnom Penh to prepare and serve authentic japanese food, due to his long stay and learning in Japan.

On shelf, customer can see and ask for sake, by glass, between $2 an $4, for different quality, alcohol degree and taste.
